Serviced Office Accommodation

We have offices available at present - Please contact the Centre Manager for further details.

Our office space ranges from 150 sq ft to 450 sq ft.  Meeting room facilities seating 10 people are also available on an hourly / daily rate.  

The monthly fee for serviced office accommodation includes:-

  • Fully furnished private office.

  • Personal telephone handling by our Receptionists.

  • Mail handling and evening collection by post office.

  • Professional reception area and staff.

  • Allocation of DDI / telephone numbers. 

  • Cleaning five nights per week.

  • Building maintenance and building insurance.

  • Utility costs (electricity and gas).

  • Rates and water rates.

  • 24 hour access throughout the year.

  • Security alarm system.

  • Free car parking.

Optional support services, telephone conferencing and wireless broadband are also available on a "pay as you go" basis.
